ClinOpsHub is a partner in the OMNIA project, funded by the Italian Ministry of University and Research (MUR) under the National Research and Innovation Programme (PN RIC) 2021–2027 (https://www.ponricerca.gov.it/pon-ricerca/pn-ric-2021-2027/ – MUR Decree No. 307 of 18 March 2025: Actions 1.1.2, 1.1.3b and 1.4.3), coordinated by Tuscany Health Ecosystem S.c.a.r.l.

OMNIA aims to establish a permanent innovation hub in the healthcare sector, fostering the transfer of scientific knowledge into scalable products, services and processes. The project promotes innovative solutions for early and non-invasive diagnosis, personalised therapies and advanced rehabilitation through the integration of biotechnology, nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and digital technologies.

The project brings together universities, research centers and companies, strengthening technology transfer and collaboration between the research community, industry and the healthcare sector, with a particular focus on developing the innovation ecosystem in Southern Italy.

The Three Actions

OMNIA-BRIDGE4SOUTH (Action 1.1.2) focuses on the translation and industrialisation of innovative healthcare technologies, with the aim of transforming research outcomes into applicable and scalable solutions. It integrates nanotechnology, artificial intelligence and digital models to address key challenges in medicine, ranging from early diagnosis to personalised therapies and the rehabilitation of patients with complex conditions.

OMNIA-INNOVATION4SOUTH (Action 1.1.3b) aims to transfer and leverage models, technologies and results developed within the project in Southern Italy, strengthening research and innovation capacity through new specialised infrastructures and facilities, while fostering closer collaboration between research and industry.

OMNIA-EXCELLENCE4SOUTH (Action 1.4.3) focuses on the training and certification of skills, with the aim of strengthening human capital in the fields of digital health, omics sciences and personalised medicine, while supporting the development of professionals equipped to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare sector.
