ClinOpsHub S.r.l., founded in 2014, is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) registered on the AIFA website since 2019, in compliance with the requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 15.11.2011.

We operate in the Clinical Research sector, providing support services to pharmaceutical companies, investigational sites, laboratories, and other CROs at both national and international level, with a strong focus on quality, training, and the professional development of the people who join our team.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate to join our Administration Department as an intern, interested in gaining hands-on experience in the main administrative, accounting, and management activities within a corporate environment.

The selected candidate will work alongside the relevant Manager and will have the opportunity to gain direct exposure to the main administrative processes of the company, progressively developing skills in invoicing, payment and deadline management, personnel administration, expense reimbursements, and general organizational support activities.

What you will do

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:

  • supporting the issuing and management of outgoing invoices;
  • collecting, checking, and filing incoming invoices;
  • entering accounting data into company management systems;
  • supporting document reconciliation activities between bank accounts, payments, and invoices;
  • monitoring payment deadlines for clients and suppliers;
  • supporting the management of payment flows;
  • supporting the monitoring of incoming payments and administrative follow-up activities with clients in accordance with internal procedures;
  • collecting monthly employee attendance records;
  • supporting the management of documentation related to sick leave, workplace injuries, severance pay (TFR), and other personnel administration matters;
  • supporting the booking of accommodation and transportation for business trips;
  • collecting and checking employee expense reports;
  • checking documentation related to reimbursements, business trips, and mileage reimbursements;
  • entering and organizing data related to travel and business trips;
  • supporting secretarial and administrative organization activities;
  • supporting the scheduling of office cleaning and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • a high school diploma or university background, preferably in Economics, Administration, Management, or related fields;
  • an interest in administrative, accounting, and organizational activities;
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook;
  • good organizational skills and attention to detail;ù
  • the ability to manage activities and deadlines in an accurate and well-organized manner;
  • good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset;
  • a logical approach and problem-solving attitude;
  • the ability to identify and manage priorities;
  • good knowledge of the English language;
  • proactivity, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Previous professional experience in administrative roles is not required. Any previous experience, even brief, will be considered a plus.
