ClinOpsHub S.r.l., founded in 2014, is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) registered on the AIFA website since 2019, in compliance with the requirements set out in Ministerial Decree 15.11.2011.

We operate in the Clinical Research sector, providing support services to pharmaceutical companies, investigational sites, laboratories, and other CROs at both national and international level, with a strong focus on quality, training, and the professional development of the people who join our team.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate to join our Training Department as an intern, interested in gaining hands-on experience in the organization and management of training projects, scientific communication, and activities aimed at promoting our training offer.

The selected candidate will work alongside the team and will have the opportunity to gain direct exposure to the main phases involved in designing and managing a training program, progressively developing organizational, communication, and digital skills.

What you will do

During the internship, you will have the opportunity to support the team in the following activities:

• supporting the organization of training programs, including the preparation of calendars, agendas, and training plans;
• supporting the selection and management of platforms used for webinars, online courses, and training events;
• drafting and updating training materials, including slides, manuals, and informational documents;
• supporting the creation of informational and educational content, such as newsletters, articles, webinars, and other communication materials;
• managing information requests from users interested in our training programs;
• supporting the management of registrations and communications with participants throughout all phases of the training program;
• supporting lead generation and promotional activities for the training offer through social media, newsletters, digital campaigns, phone calls, and other channels;
• assisting with the monitoring of promotional activity results;
• supporting the analysis of data related to campaigns and training initiatives, with the aim of improving the strategies adopted;
• collaborating with the team on the operational activities required for the proper organization and management of training projects.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

• a university background in disciplines relevant to the role, such as Communication, Marketing, Education Sciences, Economics, scientific disciplines, or related fields, preferably currently enrolled or recently graduated;
• an interest in training, communication, and Clinical Research;
• good organizational skills and attention to detail;
• good written and verbal communication skills;
• good command of IT and digital tools;
• familiarity with social media, newsletters, and digital communication tools, considered a plus;
• good knowledge of the English language;
• a team-oriented mindset, proactivity, and willingness to learn;
• the ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple activities at the same time.

Previous professional experience in the sector is not required.
